World culture gala comes to IMU

2017-10-16

A world culture festival kicked off at Inner Mongolia University (IMU) on Oct 14, gathering over 300 foreign students from 31 countries together to share their customary traditions and performances.

The festival contained unique costume shows, singing and dancing, snacks and drinks, deepening the friendship and understanding between China and other countries including Russia, Pakistan and Great Britain.

This is the first time IMU has held an  international cultural event for overseas students, enriching their university lives and improving exchanges among youth from all parts of the world.

The festival, co-organized by School of International Education and School of Foreign Languages, was held on the occasion to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the university’s establishment.
