Artists from Inner Mongolia perform at the inauguration ceremony of the First Prairie Silk Road & Ancient Tea-Horse Route Tourism Dialogue Between Cities of Ordos and Xishuangbanna in Ordos on Aug 4. The event aims to promote unique scenery and culture of the two places to boost local tourism industry through cooperation. The two cities could develop respective advantages in tourism resources and products, and promote the culture imbedded along grassland silk road and ancient tea route. The two sides signed strategic cooperation agreement and tourists-benefit policies. For instance, Ordos has offered free entrance tickets or half price of local scenic spots on special days.
