Xiliin Gol League -- one of the 12 leagues, or administrative units, of northern China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region -- held a successful promotional conference at Beijing International Horticultural Expo in Beijing on May 18.

Over 60 guests from France, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Uruguay, Mongolia and 42 of China's large and medium-sized companies were invited to attend the promotional meeting.

At the conference, Meng Zhaojun, vice-mayor of Xiliin Gol League, talked about its achievements in protecting and developing its local ecology, its stunning flower season tourist routes, and the overall investment and business environment.

In addition, during the promotional conference Xiliin Gol promoted three local enterprises, held signing ceremonies for eight projects and staged cultural performance and activities which showcased the region's distinct attributes and characteristics.
