A total of 23 business contracts worth a total of 5.73 billion yuan ($807.6 million) were signed at a matchmaking meeting for the government of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, financial institutes and local enterprises on March 31, according to local officials.

Officials said that the commercial contracts cover such fields as foreign trade, foreign investment, foreign economics, logistics, as well as commerce and trade.

Of the signed agreements, the Commerce Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region signed commercial contracts with the Inner Mongolia branch of the Bank of China and the Inner Mongolia branch of Northeast China Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Credit Re-Guaranty Co.

The Inner Mongolia branch of Bank of China signed an agreement with Inner Mongolia Ordos Cashmere Group; the Hohhot branch of Zhejiang Commercial Bank signed with Inner Mongolia Mengshu Ecological Construction Group Co; and the Hohhot branch of Industrial Bank signed with Inner Mongolia Victory Commerce Co.
