The human resources and social security bureau of Baotou is to cooperate with local colleges and universities on seven service stations to facilitate innovation and entrepreneurship and employment of college graduates, according to a Nov 30 Inner Mongolia Daily report.

Each service station will cover an area of more than 100 square meters and will have more than six staff members from the employment service departments of colleges and universities.

According to the human resources and social security bureau of Baotou, the service stations will take steps to facilitate employment including promoting policies related to innovation and entrepreneurship targeting college graduates, hosting training sessions and lectures. Also, the service stations will help organize more than 50 job fairs annually.

Baotou, the largest city of North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, has devoted itself to the recruitment of highly-skilled workers, and has enacted policies and initiatives to assist with the employment of college graduates. In August 2016, the people’s government of Baotou launched an initiative on college graduate recruitment, with the aim of finding employment for 200,000 college graduates by 2020.
