Ulan Muqir of Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner performs on Nov 29. Ulan Muqir, which literally translates as “red burgeon” in the Mongolian language, and refers to an art troupe. Founded six decades ago, the troupe gives performances which are original and mainly focus on the lives of herdsmen.
