Overseas Chinese:
1) Applicant's valid passport;
2) Certificate of qualification for marriage (affidavit of single status) authenticated by the applicant's country's notary institutions, embassy of the People's Republic of China in the applicant's country or embassy of the applicant's country in China;
3) Proof authenticated by the applicant's country's notary institutions, embassy of the People's Republic of China in the applicant's country or embassy of the applicant's country in China that there is no consanguineous relative and three generations of collateral blood between the applicants.
Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan:
1) Applicant's ID card;
2) Chinese Mainland travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents;
3) Chinese Mainland travel permit for Taiwan residents or other valid travel documents;
4) Certificate of qualification for marriage (including affidavit of single status and proof that there is no consanguineous relative and three generations of collateral blood between the applicants) authenticated by the applicant's residence of notary institutions.
