A total of 15.6 million yuan ($2.46 million) has been issued by the finance bureau of Baotou and the city’s human resources and social security bureau to 11 pioneer parks and incubation bases to boost entrepreneurship and employment, according to a Jan 23 Baotou Daily report.

The fund receipts included Baotou Rare Earth High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Business Incubation Demonstration Base for College Graduates, Baogang Education and Training Center, and Inner Mongolia Keda Vocational Technical School.
