Polyglycolic acid production underway in Baotou

The first domestic polyglycolic acid (PGA) production line project, capable of producing 10,000 tons annually after completion, is currently under construction in Jiuyuan Industrial Park in Baotou, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, according to an Aug 13 Baotou Daily report. 

The project is wholly-invested by Pujing Chemical Industry Co.

Founded in 2005, Pujing Chemical Industry Co is based in Shanghai.

The main businesses of the company include chemical technology transfer, technical services and catalyst production and sales.

Also, the company is committed to providing an incubation platform for technical innovation at scientific research institutes, a pilot test platform for various mature technologies, and advanced and reliable technology for users of chemical enterprises in the technical market.
