Xiaobaihe (Xiaobai River) National Wetland Park is located in the southernmost section of the Yellow River National Wetland Park. It is one of the most important scenic areas in the national park.

The Yellow River National Wetland Park, located in the south of Baotou city, sits at a relatively high latitude. Covering an area of 122.22 square meters, the wetland park comprises Zhaojun Isle, Xiaobai River, Nanhai Lake, Gongzhonghai and Chilechuan. It was designated by the State Forestry Administration of the People's Republic of China as the first national wetland park of Baotou.
