A colorful concert lifts spirits at the opening ceremony for the 34th Lucheng Culture and Art Festival on July 1 at Arden Plaza in Baotou, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The annual festival will host more than 100 activities, including calligraphy and painting exhibitions, as well as artistic performances. The festival runs to the end of September.
