Baotou will cooperate with the Inner Mongolia branch of Bank of China (BOC) to apply internet plus to government services, according to a cooperation agreement signed on July 5, reports Baotou Daily.

According to the agreement, the two sides will promote the application of internet plus government services in certain cooperative business areas and geographic regions and strive to build an integrated online government service platform that is networked, intelligent, service-oriented, and collaborative.

The Inner Mongolia branch of BOC will develop the online government service platform and the 1+N+M service model, which includes the government cloud infrastructure platform, the internet government service portal, the government service management platform, the business processing system, the data management center, and the construction of a unified payment platform, a support platform, and financial service functions.
