Beiben Trucks delivers first new energy trucks
A total of 18 new energy heavy trucks produced by Beiben Trucks Group Co were delivered to the Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co recently, according to a report in the Baotou Daily.
Beiben said that compared with conventional diesel trucks, the electric trucks will save more than 50 percent in costs.
Located in Baotou, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Beiben Trucks has advanced vehicle assembly, cab, frame and axle production lines, utilizing 2,218 sets of various types of equipment, including 252 sets of imported manufacturing machines.
According to industry observers, the company’s specialized production lines and manufacturing equipment have made it synonymous with excellent product quality in the truck sector.
The company is one of the first heavy truck manufacturers in China to obtain the internationally recognized ISO9001 standard, as well as GJB9001B standard quality system certification, national automotive product CCC certification and ISO14001 environmental system certification.
The company currently operates two advanced technology and research centers based in Baotou and Beijing, both of which operate in a fully digital environment and have strong industrial capabilities.
Its products have been sold to more than 100 countries and regions in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and the Middle East.
