A soccer delegation consisting of 13 students from Baotou Tielu Experimental Primary School won second place in an international soccer event recently held in Ordos, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, according to a report by Baotou Daily.

The delegation was the only school team to participate in the event.

Around 2,000 children and teenagers from 18 provinces and cities throughout China, as well as six foreign countries, took park in the event.
