Baotou launches set of grassland-themed calendars

A new set of desk calendars featuring colorful printmaking pictures was launched in Qingshan district in Baotou, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Dec 8, according to the Baotou Evening News.

The set of desk calendars is part of efforts being made by the Baotou Printmaking Association to raise the profile of the art of printmaking.

The association has successfully hosted more than 90 printmaking themed activities such as exhibitions, experience activities and training sessions.

It is the fourth consecutive year that Baotou Printmaking Association has launched an original printmaking desk calendar set, since the association first introduced the calendar under the theme of Prairie Memories in 2017.
