A Fuxing bullet train reaches Baotou Railway Station in Baotou, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Dec 23. It’s appearance marked the completion of the first full-line test operations for the new high-speed railway linking Baotou with Beijing. After its official launch, Hohhot, Baotou and Ulaanqab in the autonomous region will all have high-speed trains that run to Beijing.
