Baotou’s Beiliang sports a snazzy new look
New residential buildings stand proudly in Beiliang, Baotou, in North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Jan 2. Once the largest shantytown area in China, Beiliang initiated a giant shantytown renovation project in 2013 and completed the project with success.
