Baotou sends 2nd medical team to Hubei province

Baotou city in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region sent its second medical team to Central China's Hubei province to fight the novel coronavirus outbreak on Feb 4, according to a report in the Baotou Daily. 

The medical team consisted of 10 medical workers from Baotou No 8 Hospital and Baotou Mongolian Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. 

According to team leader Yang Huidong, training sessions on the coronavirus have been conducted many times, so everyone is fully prepared for the task. 

The team members mostly were born in the 1990s, with the youngest 24 years old. 

According to the Baotou health commission, the third medical team has already been recruited and is ready to help with coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control in Wuhan city in Hubei province, regarded as the epicenter of the outbreak.
