The customs declaration for the export of 21 tractors and trailers by Beiben Trucks Group Co has been completed, marking the first business export declaration handled by the Baotou Bonded Logistics Center (B Type), according to Baotou Daily.
The Beiben products should be exported to Mongolia via the inland Mandula Port at the end of August.
The recent declaration shows that the bonded logistics park is now operational, which has far-reaching significance for promoting the high-quality development of Baotou's export-oriented economy.
The bonded logistics park, located in Jiuyuan (International) Logistics Park in Baotou, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, was established in May.
Since its founding, Jiuyuan (International) Logistics Park has encouraged import-export trade and investments to promote the construction and operation of the bonded logistics park.
At present, Inner Mongolia Weijishi Import and Export Trade Co has established itself in the bonded logistics park.
The settlement of Joy Global (Baotou) Mining Equipment Co is currently under negotiation. The company plans to rent 6,000 square meters of warehouse space in the bonded logistics park to maximize its bonded storage.
Also, some 50 tons of steel products produced by Baogang International Economic and Trading Co passed the bonded logistics park’s customs declaration process on Aug 20, before being shipped to Tianjin Port for export to the Philippines.
