A chamber concert was performed by Baotou Symphony Orchestra at the Theater of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in Baotou, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Sept 12, becoming the first chamber concert to be staged by the orchestra this year, reports Baotou Daily.

The chamber concert, part of the orchestra's 2019-2020 Music Season events, served to highlight the cooperative awareness and performance level of each part. Compared with symphonic works, chamber music ensembles appear delicate and subtle, and focus more on the "potential" of the skills and expressions of each instrument.
