Electronic resumes were used throughout the event to facilitate data gathering on resume delivery and statistics. The entire job fair was broadcast live through platforms such as Douyin, and many candidates also conducted video interviews through the platform.

As of 12 pm on Sept 26, more than 3,500 job seekers had participated in the event, and 45 percent of the job seekers reached employment agreements at the event.

According to preliminary statistics from the job fair, the companies participating in the event had a large demand for professional and technical talents, especially in machinery, equipment, and heavy industry. The demand for these skills accounted for 18.71 percent of the total demand for talents at the job fair.
