The price of the COVID-19 nucleic acid test for single-sample testing in Inner Mongolia autonomous region has been adjusted from 110 yuan ($17.05) to 80 yuan, starting from Feb 3, according to the Inner Mongolia Medical Security Bureau.

In addition, for five samples mixed testing, each sample is charged at 25 yuan. For 10 samples mixed testing, each sample is charged at 15 yuan.

The testing fee is a temporary policy in place during the COVID-19 epidemic period. It will be abolished after the epidemic ends.
