Construction work on the Baotou Science and Technology Enclave of Shanghai Zhangjiang Science City has begun in Baotou, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, following a cooperation agreement signed by the Technology Innovation Service Center of Baotou science and technology bureau and Shanghai Metalab Technology Co on May 17, reports Baotou Daily.

In the future, Baotou will share resources with Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park in areas like information platforms, technology transfer, technology brokerage, talent cultivation, and intellectual property rights.

The two parties will import high-level scientific and technological innovation resources such as the Yangtze River Delta scientific and technological expert database and project achievement database, in order to promote cooperation between scientists and Baotou's industrial technology.
