The Shiguai People's Hospital – located in Shiguai district in Baotou city, in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – is scheduled start operating within the current year.

The hospital will feature 260 beds when fully completed, with 100 beds in the first phase.

Plans are for 36 departments – including 17 clinical departments, 11 medical technical departments and eight medical management departments.

The hospital will recruit 124 medical staff members.
