Baotou in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region issued a total of 295 million yuan ($45.52 million) in secured loans to 706 entrepreneurs and 103 small and micro enterprises in the first seven months of 2021.

So far, Baotou city has issued a total of 6.56 billion yuan in guaranteed loans for entrepreneurship, which has led to the employment of 319,200 people, and financial discounts of 406 million yuan.

In order to provide more powerful and precise support to entrepreneurs and small and micro enterprises, the Baotou human resources and social security bureau has introduced a series of policy measures by improving the policy support system and improving the efficiency of departmental collaboration to fully release the policy dividends for entrepreneurial secured loans.
