Except for emergency and fever clinics, all general outpatient clinics, specialist outpatient clinics, and expert outpatient clinics will fully implement appointment diagnosis and treatment, scientifically divide the time period, and determine the number of patients in each time period.

For elderly patients who have difficulty making appointments, medical institutions will assist them with normal diagnosis and treatment.

At the same time, emergency departments at all levels of hospitals must effectively ensure the needs of emergency and critically ill patients, and steadily promote the detailed implementation of various measures.

Medical institutions at all levels should strengthen the management of outpatient, emergency pre-examination and triage and fever clinics, and patients should maintain a distance of 1.5 meters apart when waiting for treatment.
