Wei Shaoping, a warehouse manager working at Inner Mongolia Yaxin Longshun Special Steel Co in Baotou – located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – proudly stands next to her first wall mural. Two years ago, she used her spare time to learn Chinese painting from online videos and livestreaming. Last year, the wall of the company's sewage treatment plant was damaged and needed to be repaired urgently.
