Baotou enterprise authorized for five national patents
Five new practical technologies developed by Baotou Aluminum (Group) Co – located in the Donghe district of Baotou city, in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – recently obtained patent authorization from the State Intellectual Property Office.
The patents are for a hammer rod structure, the clips along with an electrolytic cell, a guide rod grinder, a lubrication and cooling system and an iron slag collection device.
The technologies that have been patented focus on effectively solving practical problems encountered in production and are said to have achieved good results in their practical applications – generating scientific and technological benefits worth collectively more than 500,000 yuan ($78,441).
To date, the company has been awarded a total of 53 patents, including 20 invention patents, 30 utility model patents, and three appearance patents.
The group is said to have prioritized technological innovation, adopting it as an important route to achieve value creation and improve quality and efficiency. Promoting its work as a technology center, the enterprise has continued to carry out technical innovation activities for all its employees.
The enterprise is aiming to strengthen the deep integration of technological innovation with production, management and resources. Its other goals include strengthening project performance incentives for scientific and technological personnel and promoting technological breakthroughs.
