The Baotou Science and Technology Association, the Hondlon district government and Zhejiang Saichuang Weilai Venture Capital Management Co recently signed an agreement for an international talent and technology innovation center to be built in Baotou city – located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

The three parties plan to jointly build the Saichuang Weilai (Baotou) International Talent Science and Technology Innovation Center. In so doing, they plan to create a comprehensive international and high-end innovation and entrepreneurship platform that integrates the recruitment of new people with project incubations and collaborative innovation.

On completion, the center is expected to connect various entrepreneurship and innovation elements – such as human resources, industrial resources, venture capital and service organizations – at home and abroad.

In addition, the center will build five functional platform carriers for high-level talent innovation and competitive entrepreneurship, both domestically and internationally. It will establish an international talent innovation and entrepreneurship incubator, a global roadshow center, an industrial venture capital fund and the Baotou School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

The purpose is to build a full service chain for innovation and entrepreneurship, guided by "science and technology + industry".
