Baotou recently won first place in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region in a performance assessment, special targets, and third-party investigation evaluation of government services.

The city continued to improve its online government service capabilities and promoted 300 online service platforms for government and life service applications. This is one of 20 actions that the municipal government has promised to citizens this year.

The live broadcast platform of the Baotou Affairs Service Hall opened on May 9. Every Monday to Friday at 15:30, the lobby staff members will go online on time to answer various questions from the public, while workers from relevant departments will also be invited as guests.

Through the Douyin live broadcast, the bureau has established a new channel and new form of communication, consultation and inquiry between the government service hall and the government service of enterprises and the masses.

The city's 43 government websites now all have mobile versions. The public can visit the municipal government portal website, the municipal government affairs website in the Mongolian language, the integrated online government affairs service platform, as well as download and install the "Mengsuban" app to experience timely, authoritative and accurate government information services.
