Inner Mongolia conference on new energy heavy trucks held in Baotou
The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region New Energy Heavy Truck Industry Development Conference – sponsored by the autonomous region government and China North Industries Group Co – was recently held in Baotou city, with the intention of signing 7,319 agreements related to new energy heavy trucks.
During the conference, the city's Qingshan district and 14 companies, including Shanghai REFIRE Energy Technology Co, signed a new energy heavy truck industry chain cooperation agreement, and Beiben Trucks Group Co in Baotou signed a green financial support agreement with eight companies and a centralized procurement contract for new energy heavy trucks with 20 enterprises, including Baogang Group.
Ai Lihua, vice chairman of the autonomous region, said during the conference that Inner Mongolia will speed up the formation of an industrial cluster with a complete industrial chain for new energy vehicles to strengthen economic development.
Liu Dashan, general manager of China North Industries Group Co, said that the group will continue to maintain a good cooperative relationship with Inner Mongolia and strengthen comprehensive cooperation in the fields of new energy vehicle manufacturing, promotion and application, and emergency rescue equipment development, as well as build a new energy development ecosystem integrating production, finance and logistics to better serve local economic development.
