The Baotou Human Resources Service Industrial Park – located in Baotou, in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – was recently officially recognized as the first municipal human resources services industrial park in the city. 

At the same time, a human resources and social security work service station has been added to the park to provide one-stop HR services for enterprises and individuals. 

The park, which opened in September 2020, has a total floor space of 14,600 square meters. It has adopted a "government-led + enterprise main body + market operation" operation mode. 

The facility has attracted investment and 76 enterprises which have based operations there and it has done business with more than 100 domestic human resources industry associations.

Since the park opened, it has provided recruitment, vocational training, management consulting and other services to more than 2,000 employers inside and outside the city – serving more than 18,000 people – and its operating income last year exceeded 600 million yuan ($89.47 million). 

Moving forwards, plans are for the Baotou bureau of human resources and social security to implement and improve various policies and measures and increase their investment promotions. 

The bureau will also move to establish the first group of autonomous region-level human resources service industrial parks, to promote the high-quality development of the human resources services industry in Baotou.
