Baotou to create first-class government service environment
With the goal of better meeting the needs of enterprises and the public in handling their affairs, the municipal government of Baotou city, located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, recently issued plans.
The blueprint is called the "Implementation Plan for Comprehensively Improving the Standardization and Facilitation of Baotou Municipal Affairs Services".
It aims to create a first-class government service environment and comprehensively improve the standardization and facilitation of government services.
By the end of 2022, in accordance with the requirements of the State and the autonomous region, Baotou will further optimize and upgrade the three-level comprehensive window settings and systems support at city, banner, and township levels.
It will also promote the coordinated integration of an online one-stop service and an on-site, one-window comprehensive service.
Before the end of 2025, efforts will be made to integrate a platform to build a high-quality and efficient government services system.
Also on the agenda is the development of a four-level government service platform for the city, with a display window for the city's digital government, a service window for the convenience of residents and enterprises, a window for the monitoring of economic and social conditions, a coordination platform for cross-departmental business collaborations and a platform for online and on-site government services.
