Baotou, Hohhot, Ordos, Ulaanqab co-launch online channel for video conferences
To improve the service capacity of off-site services, Hohhot, Baotou, Ordos, and Ulaanqab simultaneously launched a cross-domain general office special window platform to build an online channel for video conferences, benefiting more enterprises and the masses.
A total of 1,239 items among the four cities have been solved so far, including 224 items in Baotou.
The video conference service model is instant and offers visuals and precise communication. With the help of the platform, the offline general service windows can provide a video call service for the applicant when approval personnel are at a different location.
This improves the efficiency and accuracy of off-site handling and improves the experience for enterprises and the public when handling matters off-site.
After more than two years of efforts, Baotou has promoted the integrated development of combined handling in four cities, which has effectively shortened the time for applicants and reduced the cost of handling affairs. Next, Baotou will work to improve services via the cross-domain general office platform.
