Platform helps Baotou match required talent resources
At the 10th Inner Mongolia "Grassland Talent" High-end Talent Cooperation Conference and the Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week in Hohhot-Baotou-Ordos-Ulaanqab a few days ago, the Inner Mongolia talent science and technology innovation big data platform project was officially launched.
The platform can be used for talent recruitment and industry connections, and talent service and management, and will become a "human resource brain" for Inner Mongolia and improve human resource market allocation.
According to Wang Deqing, associate researcher of Beihang University and chief engineer of the National Science and Technology Resource Sharing Service Engineering Technology Research Center, the platform offers expert team information of scientific research from more than 3,000 colleges and universities, 65,000 scientific research institutions, and 275,000 high-tech enterprises across the country in real time.
The platform can help the government, scientific research institutions and enterprises quickly and accurately find required talent and solve long-standing problems such as unclear distribution of talent resources, inaccurate talent introduction, inadequate talent services, and difficulty in real-time talent monitoring.
