The China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association recently released the list of the "Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in 2022", and Baogang Group ranked 203rd, up 47 places from the previous year.

This is the 21st year in a row that the list has been released. This year's selection used the corporate operating income in 2021 as the entry criteria. Some notable features of this year's list are a significant increase in the threshold for entry, increased business scale, rapid development of manufacturing enterprises, continued enhancement of innovation-driven development, and further consolidation of international status and influence.

Baogang Group took a new path of high-quality development with a focus on the environment and green development in 2021 and achieved operating income of 126.04 billion yuan ($17.98 billion) and profits of 10.36 billion yuan and paid 6.96 billion yuan in taxes and fees.

Its various indicators have reached their highest level in history and it has become the first enterprise in Inner Mongolia autonomous region with revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan.

In addition, the group ranked 95th on the "China's Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises of 2022" list released at the same time.
