Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner recently delivered 26,000 metric tons of low-price and high-quality coal to 13,097 farmers and herdsmen households, ensuring they have enough to stay warm through the winter.

"Thank the Party and the government for always helping us when we need it most. We are very happy that the coal is cheap and of good quality," a herdsmen in the banner said after receiving the coal a few days ago.

On Aug 15, the banner set up a special shift for farmers and herdsmen to ensure coal supply for heating in winter, with help from the banner's bureau of industry and information technology and bureau of science and technology are responsible for coordinating procurement, and the bureau of housing and urban rural development, bureau of transport, bureau of market supervision and administration and other departments of the bureau.

It is reported that, for epidemic prevention safety, the banner changed from centralized distribution to decentralized distribution in each township.
