In order to create a first-class business environment and make travel easier for residents, Baotou Airport plans to resume or increase flights from Shanghai, Nanchang, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Chifeng and other cities starting Oct 30.

In order to fully ensure the stability of flights in areas with close economic and trade ties with Baotou, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the airport is continuing to optimize its route structure and flight schedule to meet the winter tourism needs of the general public.

To this end, Baotou Airport will also help airlines add routes to popular tourist cities such as Xingyi, Wuhu and Quzhou.

At the same time, the airport will actively cooperate with airlines to launch preferential tickets for multiple routes at the beginning of winter. The minimum cost from Baotou to Shanghai is 229 yuan ($32) and Baotou to Xi'an is 285 yuan.

Moving forward, the airport will continue to pay close attention to market demand, actively coordinate with airlines to optimize the route network and flight schedule, and create a high-quality air traffic network for residents.
