Xiwan picked as national tourism village

Xiwan village in Baotou – located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – has been selected as one of the country's national intangible cultural heritage tourism villages, according to local media reports.

Xiwan sits at the foot of Daqing Mountain. The location is considered superb, the transportation is convenient, while the G6 expressway and the 110 national expressway pass through the village.

The village is known as a natural oxygen bar, with picturesque scenic spots abounding.
