The 18th China Human Resources Service Industry Summit Forum and the eighth Asia Pacific Human Resources Development and Service Expo began in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with Baotou Human Capital Industrial Park winning the Dynamic Industrial Park Award.

Plenty of well-known institutions participated in the expo, and projects exhibited at the expo focused on human resources services, education and training, management consulting, legal counsel, industrial park operation, business procurement, vocational education, HR software.

Representatives from hundreds of well-known enterprises, industry experts, and university leaders attended the forum.

As the first park of its kind in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Baotou Human Capital Industrial Park is committed to building an industry + human capital service ecological platform for specialization, marketization, digitization and capitalization.

By the end of October, the park was home to 82 enterprises, including more than 54 human resource service institutions, and its total output value had exceeded 1 billion yuan ($140.31 million).

These institutions have provided employment guidance, career counseling, job transfer and other services for more than 20,000 people, and provided one-stop human capital solutions for more than 2,500 enterprises and institutions inside and outside the autonomous region.
