The National Standardization Administration recently issued the eighth list of pilot projects for the comprehensive standardization of social management and public services, which included the "Pilot Project for Standardization of Public Service Platforms for Quality Infrastructure in Baotou, Inner Mongolia".

The project adopts the "internet + quality infrastructure" model and establishes and improves the service standard system to make it suitable for the integration of online platforms and offline services.

The project includes service function standardization, network e-commerce transaction standardization, enterprise standard publicity service standardization, service quality standardization, and information disclosure standardization.

Next, the city will revise various rules and regulations, service application processes and standards, transaction processes and management standards included in the standard system in order to build a scientific framework for online and offline standard systems.
