Baotou city held a press conference to announce 20 measures to create a law-based business environment on Jan 13. At the press conference, local authorities publicly announced their policies and specific initiatives to create a "safe and secure" law-based business environment. 

These 20 measures reflect a number of features, such as highlighting problem-orientation, the creation of a relaxed innovation environment, as well as comprehensive judicial protection and legal services.

The commission of politics and law will establish five systems of supervision and coordination. It will also implement case notification and satisfaction surveys to ensure that the 20 measures are put into effect.

The public security system will rapidly promote the implementation of the 20 measures through five areas: implementing specific initiatives, setting up green channels to optimize the business environment, standardizing business-related law enforcement standards, deepening fair business-related supervision, and carrying out action for unsolved cases.
