The Inner Mongolia deputies attending the first session of the 14th National People's Congress held a plenary meeting on March 3 before participating in the congress.

The meeting considered the draft list of the presidium and secretary-general of the first session of the 14th National People's Congress and the draft agenda of the congress.

Additionally, it was decided at the meeting to put forward a proposal to set up the "National Rare Earth New Material Technology Innovation Center" in Baotou at the congress.
