To meet the travel needs of residents and tourists, Baotou Airport will open direct flights between Baotou and Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province, from July 15. By then, the one-way flight time between the two cities will be reduced to three and a half hours, and passengers' travel experience will be significantly improved.

It is understood that on the direct flight route operated by Shenzhen Airlines. The flight will depart from Shenzhen at 14:45, arrive in Baotou at 18:05, depart Baotou at 18:50, and arrive in Shenzhen at 22:15.

After the opening of this route, together with the existing Baotou-Zhengzhou-Shenzhen route implemented by Donghai Airlines, the scheduled density of flights to and from Shenzhen will reach two flights per day.

The opening of the Baotou-Shenzhen direct flight route will build a convenient air channel for the economic, trade, and tourism exchanges between Baotou city and Guangdong province and Shenzhen city, providing more choices for the general public to travel.

At the same time, to allow more passengers to enjoy the convenient and high-quality services of Baotou Airport, the airport will jointly launch preferential tickets with Shenzhen Airlines in the initial stage of flight; passengers can order from Shenzhen Airlines' official website and significant ticketing platforms.
