"China wants to develop high-tech industries such as aerospace, and the development of rare earth new materials is the foundation and core of this new drive," said Liu Jialin from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. "Baotou is rich in rare earth resources and has unique advantages in technological research.”
Talents who were born in Inner Mongolia but started businesses in Shanghai said they are happy to participate in such a grand event in their hometown.
