The 2023 Annual Meeting of China Public Cultural Centers – the highest level and largest scaled annual industry event in China's cultural museum industry – kicked off in Baotou on Sept 4.
Bai Xuehua, chairman of the China Public Cultural Centers Association, attended and presided over the opening ceremony.
The theme of this annual meeting is "Cultural Centers: A Lifelong Aesthetic Education School for People." During the annual meeting, special seminars, exhibitions on the development history of the Chinese Public Cultural Centers, and cultural performances will be held.
The annual meeting coincided with a procurement conference for public culture and tourism products. The conference showcased a unique exhibition area dedicated to the supply-side reform system in public culture, a section featuring high-quality suppliers offering public cultural and tourism services, and a roadshow area.
In addition, the Baotou cultural tourism promotion exhibition, unique food market, and other activities were held on-site.
