The Fourth China-Mongolia Expo kicks off in Hohhot

The Fourth China-Mongolia Expo, an important platform for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, officially kicked off in Hohhot, the capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Sept 6.
This year's expo is themed "New pattern for opening-up, new opportunities" and will last five days.
During the period, it features a series of activities, including an opening ceremony, an economic and trade forum for China's northward opening-up, exhibitions, and cultural exchanges.
In particular, the main exhibition area of the expo covers 92,000 square meters, with the participation of over 3,000 companies from 35 countries and regions.
It also sees the participation of 27 provincial and municipal delegations and three guest provinces, setting new records compared to previous expos.
As an international exhibition jointly organized by the governments of China and Mongolia, the China-Mongolia Expo plays a significant role in promoting the achievements in economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, deepening their economic and trade partnership, and enhancing friendly relations.
This year's expo is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry of Mongolia, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Government.
