The fourth China-Mongolia Expo is being held in Hohhot on Sept 6-10.

At this year's edition, Baotou city participated in the "Exhibition Area of Baotou's Industrial Manufacturing Achievements" and the "Exhibition Area of Outdoor Equipment".

More than 30 enterprises in Baotou displayed 110 exhibits, including fields such as applied rare earth new materials, silicon materials and photovoltaic modules, carbon fiber and polymer new materials, heavy trucks with new energy, onshore wind power equipment, series products of astragalus, and intangible heritage works.

The city's major industrial exhibits such as new energy, rare earth new materials and application products have attracted many exhibitors. Among them, a hydrogen fuel moped produced by Inner Mongolia Xi'aoke Hydrogen Storage Alloy Co showcased the latest achievements in the development of Baotou's hydrogen energy industry.

At the outdoor exhibition of manufacturing equipment, Baotou enterprises that are engaged in this field showed off their bulldozers, fire rescue vehicles for forests, large off-highway mining vehicles, heavy trucks that use hydrogen fuel, electric vehicles, and more.

Baotou will capitalize on the impact of the expo to further promote the city's opening-up of trade.
