The two events took place on the grasslands of Darhan Muminggan Joint Banner, utilizing a closed circuit for the first time and allowing cyclists to more fully experience the vast natural beauty and cultural charm of the grassland. Additionally, to promote the concept of nationwide fitness, the event included a "Fitness Cycling Tour" to encourage more people to join in cycling.
The events spanned three days, with Oct 3 and 4 being the 2023 National Youth U-series Road Cycling Championships.
After intense competition, Wang Yitian and Li Wuyuan emerged as the champions in individual races in the Men's Group B and Men's Group C, respectively. The six members (three in a group) of the Kunming Cycling Team clinched the team championship in the Men's Group B and Men's Group C.
