A job fair will be held by Baotou city at the Higher Vocational Education Zone of Inner Mongolia University City in Hohhot, capital city of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Oct 21.

This fair has received support from seven higher vocational colleges in Inner Mongolia. The college news network, class-based WeChat groups, and the platforms of the Inner Mongolia University-Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Association were used to share the activities with students.

A total of 43 companies – including Daqo, Shuangliang, and Risen – are set to participate, offering over 150 positions, with an estimated demand for more than 5,000 employees.

The participating companies span various industries, including the photovoltaic sector, key rare earth industries, equipment manufacturing, and wholesale and retail services.

The job fair aims to meet the employment needs of key projects, leading enterprises in industries, and State-owned enterprises associated with Baotou's development as the "World Green Silicon City" and "World Rare Earth City".
